Sutton Harbour Holdings plc is quoted on the Alternative Investment Market. The Group specialises in regeneration and transport, employing around 250 people in several trading entities.

Established in 1847, Sutton Harbour Company is a Statutory Harbour Authority, the owner of the harbour, fish market, lock and much of the surrounding land and commercial property. Tenants include the South West Regional Development Agency, Government Office South West and the National Marine Aquarium. The Company notably secured the Secretary of State’s Award for the best partnership in regeneration for its work around the harbour.

Sutton Harbour Property and Regeneration delivers and enables mixed use regeneration schemes predominantly in partnership with the public sector.

Sutton Harbour Partnerships Limited is a specialist division established in 2005 to develop long-term sustainable public private partnerships providing investment opportunities for the Group.
