The nature of LIFT is to bring together public and private sector expertise in a long term partnership that simply does not occur in standalone public private initiatives. To make LIFT work both the public and private sector partners must share the same values.

As ELIL shareholders we all value and care about being Knowledgeable, Entrepreneurial, Open and Transparent in our dealings.

This drives our culture of being informed, innovative and independent.

This culture influences the behaviour of all staff, advisors and supply chain partners to:

• seek to develop our skills and competencies
• continuously improve what we do
• share our knowledge

This will have a positive effect on what LIFTCo fundamentally is and strives to be
– a long term sustainable partnership.

To reinforce culture and behaviour we will be using three mechanisms
– eLIFT Exchange, eLIFT Academy and eLIFT Social Return.
