Delivering Services

We do not believe it is appropriate to deliver a “one size fits all” solution. Following a Local Call Off, each LIFTCo will be a fledging business with a need to develop its infrastructure over time.

There may be circumstances where an alternative way of starting up the company is beneficial – one that encourages a partnered approach to shaping the business. Using our experience of building successful businesses in NHS LIFT and other sectors, we will shape a unique solution to establish LIFTCo that:

• undertakes robust business planning to ensure cost effective delivery;
• contains appropriate full-time management and delivery resource: and
• is fully funded to deliver its business plan.

In addition, we have established a network of strategic alliances with partners that are capable and well positioned to provide business infrastructure and management services into a LIFTCo to assist in the early stages of its development

The use of these partners will be subject to the agreement of all LIFTCo shareholders. Ultimately, we will provide a flexible and cost effective mechanism to develop a truly local partnership – a Local LIFTCo.
