Robust systems

One of the differences we want to bring to Express LIFT is surety of action through robust business processes. To this end we have completely mapped the processes within a LIFTCo, from the inception of any Local LIFTCo through to the operation of completed projects. The process will drive the delivery of Partnering Services and Project Services and is defined in seven phases. This approach clearly defines who does what to ensure there are no gaps or overlaps in activity.
