A new approach

Express LIFT has been developed to provide a fast, efficient and cost effective procurement route to allow Public Sector organisations to select a private sector partner and establish a LIFT Company without the need for a traditional time consuming design based competition.

To respond to this initiative, Express LIFT Investments Limited (“ELIL”) has been established, bringing together three leading organisations with first class track records in the NHS market place. Each bring their own complementary skills and all are independent of any contracting organisations:

• Anagennao Developments;
• Cyril Sweett Investments; and
• Sutton Harbour Group.

The three shareholders have experience of closing deals in a variety of PFI / PPP sectors totalling in excess of £1bn.
